As you may know I participated in a project with some friends of mine. This will be my first year participating in the San Diego 48 hour film project. It was an honor to work with the Almost Good Films and Jabronie Pictures team this year. I learned a lot of things since I’m not really used to filming/videography but thanks to them I’m aware now. On July 13th we started the project and with an amazing crew we finished it with flying colors! Hopefully all of you will enjoy this short film because we worked really hard that day especially the actors Anthony Noceda, Fernando Huerto, and everyone else.
To all my friends in San Diego please support our film this week! We are not the only team out there but you can also check many other good films as well! Attach is the link to the website to purchase tickets of our film. Also a trailer of our film is available thanks to our director Mark Gadia. Enjoy!!
July 30th Screen Group B is where you’ll find our film!

Thank you and hope to see everyone there!
Love Language Trailer
Almost Good Films and Jabronie Pictures team! We are TEAM LOVE LANGUAGE!
Just a few weeks ago I was able to pick up a fightstick that I have been wanting for quite some time. It was available during EVO 2013 and at the Mad Catz online store. The Mad Catz Arcade Fightstick VS Series SH was what I was looking for. This hot item was only sold in Japan and it would of cost me and arm and a leg to have it shipped out to the states. I skipped the standard VS series with the Street Fighter X Tekken art and standard sanwa joystick and buttons.
Revealed at TGS 2012 (Tokyo Game Show). The difference from the SFxT stick to this one is the the SILENT HIT hence SH buttons. Definitely great when it comes to playing in tournaments so your opponents won’t predict your next move by listening to the buttons being pressed. Also its great for late night gaming as well. Doesn’t make so much noise at night especially those who are sleeping. Check it out! Also a video was made showing the difference.
Why launch the stick in Japan first? According to Famitsu, Mad Catz’s decision for the Japan test-launch is due to consumer demand there for a quieter joystick solution that would not annoy family members or neighbors during play, especially at night. Apartment complexes in Japan are notorious for their thin walls.
In addition, Mad Catz sponsored pro players Daigo “The Beast” Umehara, Hajime “Tokido” Taniguchi, and Kenryo “Mago” Hayashi have also reportedly told the company that low-noise buttons provide an advantage in tournament matches, due to the fact that you are less likely to telegraph your combo inputs to your opponent in such situations.
There may be some truth to the notion that low-noise joysticks can lead to improved chances of winning. In a Daigo Umehara column published in Arcadia magazine a while ago, renowned Japanese Sagat player Bonchan revealed that Ryan Hart, a top European Street Fighter IV who plays Sagat, uses the negative edge technique (performing special moves by releasing buttons instead of hitting buttons) when throwing out Tiger Shots so as not to telegraph his fireballs.
Also currently gameshark.com has it posted but they sold out for now. I have no idea when they will have it back in stock but currently amazon Japan has it available if your willing to pay the hefty shipping price!
A twenty-minute montage of video games and arcades in film. I thought this was pretty cool! Has so many classics all in one montage! Check it out!
I didn’t realize these ladies are making a return. I’m glad to see them back with a new album! Looking forward to it! Also they released a trailer for the upcoming album and after that a new MV! They are on a roll! Check it out!
The 2nd album “PINK TAPE” art film
F(x) – Rum Pum Pum Pum MV
Revealed at E3 this year. I know its a little late but I’m trying to catch up from the events. Anyways I’m definitely excited for this release on the next generation console. As an avid arcade fight stick collector just by looking at the features I have to say I am very impressed. Each year since 2009 Mad Catz has been upgrading the design in the fight stick line. I believe they are on top with the quality of it as well! Lets take a look!
